Parking
There's plenty of space for parking (and this probably goes without saying, please don't drink & drive!)

Shuttle
We will be booking shuttle service with a pickup/drop-off in the Old Town area. If you're interested, please indicate so in the RSVP form and we'll be in touch with more details as the date gets closer!

Taxis + Rideshares
As a general rule, taxis and Ubers typically do not drop-off or pick-up at residences in our neighborhood, so we wouldn't recommend relying on those options for transportation.

Outdoor Venue
Please note – as long as the weather cooperates, the entire event will take place outdoors. Weather in September can vary quite a bit, so please dress accordingly (and bring a jacket!).

What do I wear?

There's no official dress code – if we had to use a label, we'd suggest "mountain chic." Here are some examples if it's helpful (if you don't have Pinterest, just click "open in new tab" to view it in your browser). Please feel free to wear whatever you feel best in!

Since it will be an outdoors celebration, we'd definitely suggest bringing a jacket and keeping an eye on the weather as it gets closer – temps vary quite a bit in the fall. Also recommend flats over heels for the ladies (again, because of the outdoors setting!).

What will I be eating?

We’re hosting a food truck for dinner. There will also be appetizers during the cocktail hour and sweet treats after dinner.

If you have any dietary restrictions, be sure to mention that when submitting your RSVP!

What happens if it rains, or snows?!

September in Park City means rain, snow, or sun is possible. If rain is good luck, then snow must be worth double?! We’d still prefer the sun, but we’ll have a tent available at the same property, just in case!

Are kids invited?

Yes, children are welcome to join! Please make sure to note all names when submitting your RSVP.

Since the wedding will be held outdoors at a private residence with some steeper areas, we kindly ask that kids are always supervised by an adult at all times for their safety.

Will Indi be there?

Yes! She's only in it for the food. But we're also going to persuade her to join our flower girl down the aisle. For those who have not met her yet, Indi is our 8ish-yr-old husky.

What's Park City like in September?

Perfection! The leaves will be a rainbow of autumn colors, elk will be bugling, days are warm, nights are cool, and if you’re lucky, you may see our neighborhood moose! But it is high-altitude, so for all our sea-level loved ones, please take extra care to stay hydrated – and remember that drinks hit a little harder at 7,000ft.

Come for the vows, stay for the views! During this time of year, the fall foliage should be (hopefully!) a vibrant mix of yellow, orange, and red! There's a ton to explore in Park City and beyond.
